Chair Yoga
Gentle. Supportive. Empowering. Chair Yoga offers all the benefits of traditional yoga — improved strength, flexibility, balance, and relaxation — without getting up and down from the floor. Perfect for beginners, seniors, or anyone seeking a safe, accessible practice.

Yin Yoga

Rebound & Renew
A low-impact, mini-trampoline class designed for all ages and fitness levels.
Rebounding is one of the most joint-friendly forms of exercise available. The soft, spring-loaded surface absorbs up to 87 % of the impact, making it ideal for anyone seeking movement without stress on knees, hips, ankles, or back.
Classes are taught at a comfortable pace with modifications offered for beginners, seniors, or anyone recovering from injury.
